FBI ARRESTS GULFPORT MAN FOR THREATS

At approximately 9:00 this morning FBI Special Agents arrested 54-year old WILLIE HENRY of Gulfport, Mississippi without incident.  According to Frederick T. Brink, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Mississippi, HENRY was taken into custody pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, charging HENRY with making interstate threats against Ochsner Hospital and its employees.

Later this morning HENRY will be remanded into the custody of Special Agents from the FBI's New Orleans Division who initiated this investigation.

Mr. Brink stressed that an indictment/warrant for arrest contains only charges and is not evidence of guilt.  Defendants are presumed innocent and are entitled to a fair trial, at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
